Kris Stroobants is the conductor of Frascati Symphonic, an author and a speaker. What he learned in front of the orchestra about people and working together, he brings to companies, schools and organisations. His starting point never changes: who am I?
Kris Stroobants is the conductor of Frascati Symphonic. In front of an orchestra you quickly learn that technique is not enough. A group only starts to sound when every musician knows who they are and what they add to the whole. That experience, year after year and rehearsal after rehearsal, is the foundation of everything Kris does today.
His first book asks the question that keeps surfacing there: who am I? Not a theory, but an honest look at the mechanics behind our behaviour and our choices. A second book is in the making, and English, Spanish and Italian editions of the first are on their way.
As a speaker, Kris takes that question to companies and leadership teams, to schools and to organisations. Every talk starts from the people in the room, never from a fixed deck. He works through his company Opera Omnia and keeps conducting, because the music is where it all began.
